Morning Meditation (Stress Buster)

1. How it relieves stress and anxiety?

Many people regularly meditate during the hours of the morning. It isn't going to take much of their time. Approximately 20 minutes of meditation is enough to focus and kick off the right day. But the question is why do we have to practice morning meditation? Well just like me, there are many other people who aren't morning person. But making it as a habit is extremely simple, as long as you introduce it into your daily routine. People who adhere to their morning meditation routine will be left with a meaningful sense of clarity. Indeed, this meditation effect spreads to some of the other critical realms of their lives all along.

2. Ways of relieving stress from morning meditation

Here are some of the ways by which morning meditation relieves stress.

a. It helps you to start your day on a positive note.

b. It trains out your mind to react positively towards stress with a high level of creativity.

c. It also helps you to calm your brain activity which can focus more on important activity happening through the day.

3. No need of tea or Coffee.

As meditation directly stimulates the body's parasympathetic nervous system, a deep state of relaxation is also activated. And when a person wakes up tired of sleep early in the morning, just 20 minutes of meditation can trigger energetic endorphins that carry a spring into life. So, without relying purely on tannin/ caffeine, it helps to re-energize the whole body.

4. Meditation stimulates to eat pure.

Several studies have found that when people are stressed or sleep less, they may eat bad foods. After developing a pace from morning meditation, your desire for healthy and clean food will be strengthened which the body will easily digest and turn into fuel. This will give a higher level of energy which will help you to work continuously.

5. Less Headache

Although morning meditation is not intended as an alternative to medical treatment, it is used to reduce the pain associated with headaches. Thus, morning meditation can be supplemented with an approach that promotes traditional health and well-being. I also had a constant headache in the morning. It disappeared when I changed my eating habits and started meditating.

6. Expels negative thoughts

The body's sympathetic nervous system is responsible for triggering the production of a stress hormone called cortisol. This hormone lowers a person's energy level. The higher the production of cortisol in the body, the more depressed and anxious the person is. All this fills a person with a lot of negative thoughts. To overcome negativity and thinking too much, just meditate every morning for a few minutes. It calms and stabilizes your mind. As well as it makes you feel happy and relaxed.

7. Improves sleep

About half of the people suffer from sleep disorders. Research studies have found that conscious morning meditators sleep faster and sleep longer than those who did not practice it. Meditation helps a person relax. It also controls all kinds of thoughts running in the mind that do not allow sleep. The body feels relieved due to stress release. It makes the person enter a completely peaceful state. It reduces the time of sleep and also improves the quality of sleep.

8. Clears the mind

Our mind is a factory of thoughts and we cannot stop it. Through meditation, we can focus on clearing the mind and stopping all thoughts in it. When you sit down to meditate for the first time, just see how you are feeling. Are you busy, tired or worried? Everything you are looking for in meditation is fine. When you see thoughts and feelings occurring during meditation, you will see them in a favorable and positive way, not harshly.

Conclusion:
Meditation in the morning benefits the body and mind and brings many important positive effects in your life. It clears the mind from bad thoughts and also removes stress and anxiety.
