MEDITATION ON THE GO

This is a brief and easy meditation exercise for busy people, who need quick and simple meditation techniques on the go. This mindful breathing meditation exercise can be done when you are riding the bus or train and have some spare time before you attend work, school or where you would like to travel. So rather than wasting your time, you'll spend the time practicing mindfulness to release stress and to assist center yourself and clear your mind. Even a brief meditation exercise remains ready to facilitate your experience relaxation and inner peace. Mindful breathing is all about tuning in to the breath and becoming aware to the breathing and also the sensations of breathing. So if you're newbie to meditation and wish something easy and fast, then your on write blog to try this mindful breathing meditation for when you are on the go. 

Below are the steps to get the Meditation exercise done
1. When you are in Bus, Train or any vehicle allow your body to relax 

- Loosens your muscle of your shoulders, neck and arms. This will make more calmer and more centered. 

2. Tuned into breathing

-  Now with your eyes open. Without altering your breathing simply observed your breathing "INHALING" and "EXHALING". This will allow your mind to be still and your body to be quiet while your eyes are looking out the window.
- Staying with your breath and allow the breath to center you and help you to to release stress and tension.
-Follow the calm inhaling and the expansion of the stomach then exhale removing all air from your lungs 
-Follow the breath and let it send you and keep you calm, relaxed and free of thoughts.

3. Distractions 

- Let all the noise and distraction around you fade away as you tune into your breath to the inhaling and exhaling 
-Use your senses to feel the physical sensation of breathing. 
-The sensation of taking an air that fills your body and the sensation of letting  it go breathing out through your nostrils.

4. Question during course

- Does the air feel cold as you inhale?
- Does the air feel warm as you exhale?
- How does the expansion of the body feel?
- How does your body feels once you release the air and it completely relaxes?

5. Stay only at the present

- Mindfulness helps to become aware of this very moment and to experience the present. 
- Letting go of the past  and the future.
-Once you can stay at the present you will be able to truly experienced life and we'll get different understanding of reality as reality is now.
_So keep your focus on breathing and allow your self to fully experience the breath the center of your being.
-Pay no attention to the distraction around you like people talking, all the sounds around you and what you see out of the window only focus o your breathing. That will keep you centered and also keep you calm 
-Become fully aware of your breath and experience each breath individually and treat every breath like something unique. A unique experience something you have never tried before
